糖化血红蛋白联合空腹血糖检测在妊娠期糖尿病筛查中的应用价值(1)

     [摘要] 目的 妊娠期糖尿病篩查过程中,通过糖化血红蛋白和空腹血糖进行检测,对检测应用价值进行分析。方法 笔者从该院在2018年2月—2019年5月收治的妊娠期孕妇中随机抽取出100例的需要进行糖尿病筛查的孕妇进行研究,其中有23例孕妇表现为妊娠期糖尿病,将其作为观察组,余下的77例孕妇表现正常,将其作为对照组,对两组孕妇进行糖化血红蛋白和空腹血糖进行联合检测,对两组孕妇进行口服75 g葡萄糖耐量试验,分别分析单纯糖化血红蛋白检测、空腹血糖检测、两者联合检测的准确度,评价糖化血红蛋白与空腹血糖联合检测的应用价值。 结果 观察组患者的糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖、1 h葡萄糖耐量试验结果、2 h葡萄糖耐量试验结果分别为:(7.6±0.4)mmol/L、(7.1±0.6)mmol/L、(9.7±1.6)mmol/L、(8.5±1.7)mmol/L,对照组患者的糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖、1 h葡萄糖耐量试验结果、2 h葡萄糖耐量试验结果分别为(6.1±0.5)mmol/L、(6.1±1.0)mmol/L、(6.3±1.3)mmol/L、(5.9±1.5)mmol/L,观察组患者高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(t=5.482、5.822、5.870、5.971,P<0.05);单纯糖化血红蛋白检测、空腹血糖检测得到的准确率分别为82.6%(19/23)、87.0%(20/23),糖化血红蛋白联合空腹血糖监测的准确率为100.0%(23/23)。 结论 妊娠期糖尿病患者通过糖化血红蛋白与空腹血糖进行联合检测,可以得到显著的检测准确率,应用价值极高。

    [Abstract] Objective During the screening of gestational diabetes, the detection value of glycated hemoglobin and fasting blood glucose was analyzed, and the application value of the analysis was analyzed. Methods The author randomly selected 100 pregnant women who needed to be screened for diabetes from pregnant women admitted to this hospital from February 2018 to May 2019, and 23 of them showed gestational diabetes. As the observation group, the remaining 77 pregnant women performed normally. As the control group, the two groups of pregnant women were tested for glycated hemoglobin and fasting blood glucose, and the two groups of pregnant women were tested for oral glucose tolerance by 75 g, the accuracy of fasting blood glucose detection, and the combined detection of the two, to evaluate the application value of combined detection of glycated hemoglobin and fasting blood glucose. Results The glycated hemoglobin, fasting blood glucose,1 h glucose tolerance test results, and 2 h glucose tolerance test results of the observation group were (7.6±0.4)mmol/L,(7.1±0.6)mmol/L,(9.7±1.6)mmol/L, and (8.5±1.7)mmol/L, respectively. The control group's glycated hemoglobin and fasting blood glucose, 1h glucose tolerance test results, and 2 h glucose tolerance test results were(6.1±0.5)mmol/L, (6.1±1.0)mmol/L, (6.3±1.3)mmol/L, and (5.9±1.5)mmol/L. The patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences between the groups were very obvious. The difference was statistically significant, the(t=5.482, 5.822, 5.870, 5.9712,P<0.05); the accuracy rates of the glycated hemoglobin test and the fasting blood glucose test were 82.6%(19/23) and 87.0%(20/23), the accuracy of glycated hemoglobin combined with fasting blood glucose monitoring was 100.0%(23/23). Conclusion The combined detection of glycated hemoglobin and fasting blood glucose in patients with gestational diabetes can obtain a significant detection accuracy rate, which has extremely high application value., 百拇医药(雷程琳)
